Si segnala opportunità di tirocinio presso DREAMS JARDÍN TROPICAL RESORT & SPA per studenti e neolaureati entro i 12 mesi dal conseguimento del titolo in L-12, LM-37 e LM-94.
In a multicultural environment, the intern will be helping the Guest Experience Team of the Resort, which is responsible for the customer satisfaction of the guests staying at the Hotel. Being a high-end establishment, said team is key to the general well-functioning of all the services of the Resort. Among the activities, the intern will help fulfill the guests’ requests, including booking restaurants, giving advice about what to visit and discover on the island, arrange special gifts etc. The intern will also learn how to respond reviews and manage the social media pages where the Hotel is published (Booking.com, Trip Advisor, Expedia etc.), as well as arranging quality reports for the other Departments of the Hotel
Skills required
- excellent Spanish and English language skills;
- knowledge of a third language (preferably French or German) will also be taken into account.

Period
Minimum period of 3 months, full time internship (40 hours/5 days per week, 8 hours per day)
Economic benefits
300€ net per month. Accommodation in the Hotel in shared room with other interns. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided in the Hotel employees canteen as well.
