Internship Activities

We are currently looking for an intern who could support our team in coordinating client projects with our local teams of specialists.
The internship programmes at Creative Culture last between 4 and 6 months.

During the internship you can expect to be involved in the following areas:

  • Support to client management (transcreation projects primarily): daily client projects - project management, coordination with our teams of specialists around the world, briefing, time and budget management; creation of optimised working tools; consistency checks; editing in your mother tongue, etc;
  • Daily management and update of our pool of talent around the world: talent search and skill assessment, creative judgment, developing new partnerships with collaborators;
  • Active participation in the life of our website and marketing: content update, articles, presentations, adapt or create new marketing material, etc;
  • Administrative tasks: data and invoice processing, payments, etc.

Internship Activities

We are looking for an intern to support the New Business and Marketing department, and to help us develop and generate business in the UK, Europe and at a global level. This involves researching potential contacts to reach out to and contributing to increasing our online visibility (via our social media platforms and other marketing activations), supporting the NB and Marketing manager in the organisation of online events.

The internship programmes at Creative Culture last between 4 and 6 months.

  • Marketing (primarly): Managing and daily posting on our social media channels (LinkedIn and Twitter), increasing the visibility of our podcast, managing the analytics of our website, newsletter, podcast and social media accounts. Supporting the organisation of our online events/webinars.
  • Suggesting new ideas to improve our reach and establish the agency as a leader in cross-cultural communications.
  • Business development and sales in the UK: supporting Sales and Marketing director, researching leads and prospects/ identifying business opportunities, data entry and management; preparing business meetings, attending some client calls.
  • Other client or project-related tasks such as proofreading and editing in your mother tongue.

We are looking for an intern who will be involved in a range of HR projects and who will help improve the processes in place while bringing new ideas to the table.

The internship programmes at Creative Culture last between 4 and 6 months.
During the internship you can expect to be involved in the following areas:

  • Support in the employee engagement programme: involvement in the improvement of professional development tools, supporting the internal training calendar, managing employees surveys, virtual activities with the team etc.
  • Support in CSR strategy implementation: implementing and suggesting new initiatives such as mentoring, volunteering, and wellbeing policies, in line with our CSR strategy.
  • HR processes improvement: suggesting new ideas to streamline HR processes and to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes.
  • Support in the recruitment of new team members: identifying the most relevant profiles according to the needs of the team and organising interviews.
  • Involvement in other HR-related projects: relationship with universities, employees’ benefits, training, etc.
