Thanks to donations from benefactors, families, alumni, faculty, staff and organisations, the University supports young people in need by providing scholarships and other financial benefits so that they do not give up on their studies and, consequently, on their right to happiness. Research shows that highly educated people are more likely to be happy, having more options, more opportunities and more tools to consciously steer their lives in the desired direction.

The impact of your donation is high and does not depend on the size of your donation because the value of choosing to help provide a quality education to those who want to go to school and need financial support to do so is high.

The University gives concrete expression to the meritocratic principles which inspire its conduct through a system of determining fees which provides benefits, financed through its own funds, reserved for the most deserving students for each year of each Degree course (top 10) on the basis of results of the previous year. In order to contribute to the valorisation of excellence and to participate in the Italian social and cultural advancement, the University also provides scholarships for students who have achieved good results in school and university and who have simultaneously acquired transversal skills by expressing their talent through significant extracurricular and internationalisation-related experiences. The fields of activity examined for selection purposes to evaluate the previous extracurricular merit of the candidates are: volunteering, environmental sustainability, innovation, solidarity, social inclusion, participation in democratic life, sport practised at a competitive level during studies and art in its various forms of expression. All scholarships are renewable for the years following the first provided that merit in university studies continues to be accompanied by constant commitment to extracurricular activities on the basis of which the selection is made.

Enrolment by public administration employees is guaranteed on favourable terms also thanks to a memorandum of understanding signed by the Università degli Studi Internazionali di Roma - UNINT and the Department of the Civil Service of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.

Favourable terms are also guaranteed to cohabitants of employees of the affiliated ministries.

The University provides 44 scholarships to cover all or part of the tuition fees for Executive Master Programmes. In the event that the applications are received in excess of the number of scholarships available, the University activates a selective procedure to allocate the grants.

Università degli Studi Internazionali di Roma – UNINT is particularly active on the solidarity front and has set up a number of initiatives over time, including a fundraiser for the creation of a multipurpose centre for children with autism, a fundraiser in support of those affected by the flood in Emilia Romagna, a fundraiser in support of the populations affected by the earthquake in Syria and Turkey and a fundraiser for the fight against Covid.

Among the initiatives that the University has launched in the field of solidarity are: a collection for the homeless to cope with the cold emergency in collaboration with Comunità di Sant’Egidio, blood collections in collaboration with Avis Roma, collections of food and basic necessitiescollection of books and toys for Ukrainian children fleeing the war, as well as the activation by the University Language Center of free Italian courses for Ukrainians and, in collaboration with the nonprofit association Nove Onlus, for Afghans.

“Telethon 2023” fundraiser

Università degli Studi Internazionali di Roma – UNINT has launched, in collaboration with BNP Paribas,a fundraiser  at its premises  in the occasion of the December 2023 marathon. During the fundraiser, it was possible to purchase chocolate hearts and other Christmas delicacies. The funds raised were donated to Fondazione Telethon.

“Art for inclusion” fundraiser

Università degli Studi Internazionali di Roma – UNINT has launched, in collaboration with the Association of parents and people with autism "Il mio mondo esiste" (My World Exists), a fundraiser in favour of the association by exhibiting a selection of the works created by the participants in the Specialisation Course for support activities for pupils with disabilities - XNUMXth edition for the creation of a multipurpose centre for children and young people with autism spectrum disorders.

UNINT fundraiser to support people affected by the flood in Emilia Romagna

Università degli Studi Internazionali di Roma – UNINT has launched a fundraiser whose proceeds will be used to support people affected by the flooding in Emilia Romagna. The idea of ​​setting up a fundraiser came from our students and was positively received by our University. UNINT fundraiser to support the populations affected by the earthquake in Syria and Turkey

Università degli Studi Internazionali di Roma – UNINT has launched a fundraiser whose proceeds will be used to support the populations affected by the earthquake on the Syrian-Turkish border.

The idea of ​​starting a fundraiser came from our students and was positively received by the Board of Directors of our University. To contribute to the fundraiser, it is possible to donate by bank transfer to the bank account IBAN: IT19Y0100503224000000003892 dedicated to this purpose, made out to "Università degli Studi Internazionali di Roma", with the reason for payment "Raccolta fondi sisma Turchia/Siria". The entire proceeds will be donated to the Italian Red Cross, close to the affected populations and to the rescuers of the Turkish and Syrian Red Crescents, who have been operating since the very first moments to respond to urgent humanitarian needs.First aid, health, social and psychological support services have been activated since the beginning of the emergency.

UNINT fundraiser vs COVID-19

Università degli Studi Internazionali di Roma – UNINT carried out a fundraiser whose proceeds were allocated to Istituto Nazionale Malattie Infettive “Lazzaro Spallanzani” (National Institute of Infectious Diseases) in Rome for the purchase of equipment for the diagnosis and care of infected patients , as well as medical supplies necessary to facilitate the hard work of doctors and nurses who faced the disease on the front line. Concrete support for the fight against the disease manifested in a situation in which closeness and national unity reminded us that a donation, however large or small, can make a difference and save someone's life. Istituto Nazionale Malattie Infettive “Lazzaro Spallanzani”, an absolute excellence in the Italian healthcare panorama, has always been at the forefront of the fight against infectious diseases and, thanks to the support of Università degli Studi Internazionali di Roma – UNINT, has thus been able to count on one more ally to fight the  Coronavirus, also considering the institutional mission of the University which has always been committed to the development and dissemination of culture, science and education. The idea of ​​starting a fundraiser came from our students: “We can be decisive: responsible behaviour and a small donation can make a difference. Little is needed. United we will make it" was the invitation they extended to the entire university community - lecturers, students and technical-administrative staff - to make their contribution through a donation to support Istituto Spallanzani on the front line in the fight against the virus. The entire proceeds, equal to €4896.93, were donated to the Istituto Nazionale Malattie Infettive “Lazzaro Spallanzani" in Rome.

Partnerships enable the University to gather stimuli from the external context and to pursue networking goals with those who believe in the values ​​of the University and in the potential of study and research. This objective is pursued through joint actions including the frequent organisation of testimonies by experts in the sectors under study and the promotion of joint teaching, research and third mission-social impact projects.

The University establishes relationships with local, national and international institutions and analyses the needs of the economic and social system with a view to responding to them and providing it with graduates capable of achieving high professional standards, enriching it and at the same time facilitating their full absorption in the labour market. The University boasts partnerships with over 1000 companies and institutions for the activation of internships.
 
The University is also constantly committed to entering into agreements with commercial and cultural partners in order to guarantee benefits for the university community: students, lecturers and technical-administrative staff.

The University organises, in collaboration with sponsors and patrons, events and training initiatives within both degree courses and higher education programmes. Each joint initiative involves collaboration with sponsors and patrons to define an effective communication strategy.

Donating to Università degli Studi Internazionali di Roma – UNINT ensures access to the tax relief provided by law for all taxpayers who make donations to the University. According to current regulations, natural and legal persons can benefit from tax deductibility.
