The Faculty of Economics trains citizens and professionals characterized by a global vision of society. Its graduates have the skills needed to meet the challenges and seize the opportunities of the economic scenario of this day and age, increasingly dominated by the processes of digitization and internationalization and by the attention to environmental protection.
The Faculty of Economics offers an ideal environment to acquire a solid knowledge of the fundamentals of economics and management, as well as the most modern analytical and decision-making tools that are applied in international contexts, thanks to: its ideal teachers to students ratio (1/6); the numerous agreements in place with international universities that allow students to spend a period of study abroad; and a constant attention to the evolution of the economic sector and the world of work.
The courses are taught by academics, professionals, and senior officials from major international organizations including NATO, the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank.
The close cooperation between the Faculty of Economics and the Faculty of Interpreting and Translation allows students to develop advanced language skills. Several courses and labs of the Faculty of Economics are taught in English and students are allowed to study a second foreign language to be chosen from the following: Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish.
The Faculty of Economics also offers the possibility of obtaining a Double Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, thanks to its agreements with Hanoi University - HANU in Hanoi (Vietnam) and the University of National and World Economy (UNWE) in Sofia (Bulgaria).
Steering Committee
The Steering Committee has the role of steering all the degree-programme activities towards relations with local territory, institutions, mass media, the world of work, production systems and civil society, pursuant to article 11 of the Ministerial Decree No. 270 of 22 October 2004 and to MIUR Circular No. 416 of 01/12/2005. UNINT prowess in the field of interpreting and translation hardly requires mention, the Faculty of Interpreting and Translation having been recognised internationally as one of the leading institutions in the field.
CIUTI (Conférence Internationale Permanente des Instituts Universitaires de Traducteurs et Interprètes) is the oldest international association promoting maximum quality in the training of translators and interpreters.
EMT (European Master’s in Translation) is a network that aims to establish a quality label for university translation programmes meeting agreed professional standards and market demands. UNINT is a member of both.
In both cases membership requires meeting strict quality criteria tested in an exhaustive application process, and as such is an undisputed seal of quality.
The following languages are available: Arabic, Chinese, English, French, German, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish. The Faculty offers a Bachelor’s Degree Programme in Languages for Interpreting and Translation (L-12), a Master's Degree Programme in Interpreting and Translation (LM-94) and a Master's Degree Programme in Languages and Innovative Teaching (LM-37).
Thanks to its extensive network of international relations with partner Universities, the Faculty offers its students the opportunity to step into foreign languages and cultures through semesters of study and internship periods abroad.

The Faculty of Political Science and Sociopsychological Dynamics focuses on the disciplines related to national and international security, in the framework of a continuous update of the political and institutional framework of Europe.
The Faculty offers the Master's Degree in Investigation, Crime and International Security (LM-52). It stands out on a European scale for the innovativeness of its contents, as well as for the interactive relationship established with the institutional, professional and industrial sectors that are interested in the topics covered by the course.
Experts in the field of security and intelligence collaborate in the Course, both in teaching and in planning and managing the activities carried out within it.
Students acquire skills highly required both in the public and in the private sector, given the increasing complexity of security issues related to political life, international relations, economic and financial dynamics, production activities and humanitarian and welfare practices.

The School of Political Science is a fundamental part of the Faculty and operates in close collaboration with it. It rests on political-constitutional and historical pillars and particularly focuses on the evolution of Italian institutional and economic life, and on the dynamics of the Mediterranean and Eurasian areas.
Since 2020, the Faculty offers the Bachelor’s Degree Programme in Political Science for Security and International Relations. In response to the urgent needs of the job market, the course aims at training the following type of professionals: experts in techniques and tools of investigation and contrast to economic and cybernetic criminality; assistants in economic intelligence actions and brand, license, intellectual property defence actions; assistants in economic and cross-border transactions; experts in evaluation of web-reputation and contrast to fake news; assistants in elaboration of marketing and e-commerce policies; professionals in the framework of public and NGOs initiatives concerning social integration; professionals in the framework of public and NGOs initiatives concerning environment protection and contrast to anthropogenic factors of climate changes; interpreter and reporter of social policies or initiatives intended to strengthen national and international security.
