In relation to Goal 10 of the UN Agenda 2030: reduce inequality within and among nations, in particular Target 10.2 is significantly aimed to "empower and promote the social, economic and political inclusion of all, irrespective of age, sex, disability, race, ethnicity, origin, religion or economic status or other status." Eliminating inequality and unequal access to services, such as healthcare, education and other fundamental services, underpins any effective long-term economic growth programme of a country. Economic growth alone, however, is not sufficient reduce poverty and inequality unless inclusive growth is achieved. Sustainable development involves the three dimensions of economic, social and environmental. Paying attention to the needs of the most disadvantaged and marginalised means reducing inequalities to achieve real inclusive growth. Inequality is a factor that impedes economic growth, but to reduce or eliminate it, it is necessary to eliminate the inequality of opportunities from which it is produced.
