Educational poverty

Quality education is the basis for improving people's lives and achieving sustainable development.
Equitable and inclusive education, at every educational level, is based on learning opportunities for all with the aim of achieving suitable and effective primary education results, starting with that of language for migrants and refugees. In relation to objective 4 of the UN Agenda 2030: providing quality, equitable and inclusive education and learning opportunities for all is fundamental to guarantee the acquisition of knowledge and lifelong schooling capable of eliminating initial educational inequalities, starting with linguistic ones, and thus promoting subsequent inclusive professional training for those who, in conditions of socio-economic fragility and vulnerability, are at risk of social exclusion. In this sense, the use of new technologies for learning, teaching and, more generally, for educational processes at various levels, online and in person, allows the formulation of specific and adequate programs for the purpose of obtaining of a concrete level of literacy (target 4.6) for full integration resulting from "an education aimed at sustainable development and lifestyle, human rights, gender equality, the promotion of a peaceful and non-violent culture, to global citizenship and the valorization of cultural diversity and the contribution of culture to sustainable development" (target 4.7).
