Festival of Diplomacy

Understanding the international scene and the complex issues related tocurrent events in international politics through the direct confrontation with diplomacy and its role in mediating political, economic and cultural actions globally; bringing the work of diplomacy to the attention of the wider public means reflecting on the most effective ways to understand the changes in international scenarios from an economic, cultural and multilateral relations point of view.

Since 2016, the University has been one of the scientific partners of Festival of Diplomacy, which takes place in Rome, the city that hosts the highest number of diplomatic representations in the world and in which numerous non-governmental organisations are based. The event, made up of meetings, conferences and intercultural events organised at the various venues of the participating institutions, represents a concrete opportunity to make complex international realities accessible to students and citizens, tackled with a multidisciplinary (academic, journalistic, diplomatic) approach. The University has hosted various meetings and initiatives at its premises, such as the Question Time in which foreign Ambassadors in Italy meet students and answer their questions.

The actions carried out in the editions of the Festival can be found at the following link.
