The research and international projects office promotes and disseminates opportunities for accessing competitive funding for research. To this end, teachers and researchers at the University of International Studies of Rome - UNINT are offered a targeted information service on available funding and project management opportunities.
The service is divided into three different moments: targeted information, planning and project management and expense reporting.
Targeted information
Professors and researchers can benefit from notifications via email of funding opportunities in line with the university's research interests. They can also report tenders that are of particular interest to the research and international projects office, in order to verify the participation requirements.
Design
Once the teacher/researcher's willingness to participate in a call has been expressed, the research and international projects office is available to provide support in preparing the project proposal. This support mainly consists of the complete and in-depth study of the announcement and the retrieval of the administrative data required for participation.
The teacher/researcher is also offered assistance in the economic planning of resources so that the budget is balanced and consistent with the activities envisaged in the project proposal.
In the event of a positive evaluation of the proposal, the office offers its assistance in managing relations with the financing body, in filling out the forms, as well as in preparing and reviewing the documents necessary for the implementation of the project.
Project management and expense reporting
The office offers support for the correct management of administrative and financial documents and assists the teacher/researcher in the financial reporting of the project.
