Cultural activities

The library is not only a space dedicated to UNINT teaching and research services. Every year, it offers a diverse and stimulating programme of conferences, seminars, workshops, book presentations, and film forums that are organised with the support of the academic staff and the university administration. Each event is advertised on the University website as it approaches.

Agreement between the Center for American Studies and UNINT

UNINT has entered into a two-year agreement with the Center for American Studies (CSA), based in Rome, in Via Michelangelo Caetani 32, to make the best use of the CSA's facilities and services, to carry out teaching and research activities, and to implement a coordinated project to support academic activities in the field of American studies (internship, documentation, and teaching activities).

Thanks to this agreement, the Center for American Studies grants UNINT professors, students, and PhD students free access to the library and to a wide range of services, including: assistance in bibliographic research and the use of electronic resources; consultation of books, journals and databases; loan of library volumes and international loan requests; photocopies; prints of bibliographies and full-text articles from databases.

The CSA online catalogue, available at this link , and the list describing the electronic resources held by the Center, available at this link , give a clear idea of the variety and quality of the CSA's documentary resources and their usefulness for the students and the educational-scientific activity of our University.

Access to the CSA Library is currently provided exclusively by appointment, to be made by telephone (06/68801613) or by e-mail at library@centrostudiamericano.org.
