The UNINT library offers its users a consultation room with a capacity of approximately 100 seats. Faculty and students, administrative staff and anyone who needs to consult the library's bibliographic collections can access it exclusively for study purposes. To access all services, signing the attendance register is required.
The material is placed on the shelves of the cabinets inside the room and in other areas reserved for the library according to the Dewey classification order; users can check the availability of the desired documents through the library's online catalogue, which can be consulted on the University website or at the computer station in the room dedicated to this purpose. Once the presence of the requested document in the collections has been ascertained, the user must fill in the appropriate form, leave an identity document with the Library staff for the time of consultation and then consult it in the Room, returning it within the day. Eight Internet positions are installed in the library for users and it is also possible for authorised users to connect to the network via wireless. The room is also equipped with a projection system.
