Transnational projects

The group of transnational projects includes all activities that have been concretely implemented within the International Framework Agreements signed with foreign universities. These activities include, for example:

  • Student exchange programs;
  • Faculty exchange programs;
  • Joint scientific research;
  • Participation in European projects;
  • Specialization programs and courses.

Main projects:

The ERASMUS (European Region Action Scheme for the Mobility of University Students) Project aims to strengthen the European dimension of higher education, promoting student mobility and stimulating cooperation among universities.

Deutschland und Italien: Kommunikation durch Wissenstransfer is an Italian-German project for cooperation between the Fachbereich Translations-, Sprach- und Kulturwissenschaft (FTSK), external link of the Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz, and the UNINT Faculty of Interpreting and Translation (FIT).

TRAIt d'UNION (TRAIning for YoUNg Interpreters and translators On the field) Project. UNINT University participated in the Permanent Learning Program - "Leonardo da Vinci" Sectoral Program, and was awarded the prestigious TRAIt d'UNION project.

Marco Polo Program 2015/2016. UNINT University is engaged in student mobility programs with Chinese partner universities based on bilateral agreements.

Faculty exchange with ENGECON University of Saint Petersburg. Within the International Framework Agreement concluded in 2008 between UNINT University and the Saint Petersburg State University of Economics and Engineering (ENGECON), various academic cooperation activities have been developed.

Building Mutual Trust (JLS /2007/219) Project. A Framework Project to Implement EU Common Standards In Legal Interpreting And Translating. The right to a competent interpreter and to the translation of fundamental documents in criminal trials is closely connected to the right to a fair trial and is sanctioned by various national instruments.
