International relations

UNINT is strongly oriented toward processes of internationalization, now increasingly important both in the academic and professional environment. Thanks to its key location in Rome and to the Degree Programmes offered, which focus on the study of languages and on the international market, UNINT is the centre of a global network of institutional and cultural relations which provides students with a stimulating multicultural education.

Over the years the University’s international identity has made it possible to conclude several bilateral International Framework Agreements with a considerable number of foreign partner universities, both in Europe and other continents. In particular, the increasing development in countries such as The People’s Republic of China and the Russian Federation convinced the University to expand relations with these countries’ university institutions, with a view to closer cooperation on more levels.

International Framework Agreements establish the formal and institutional framework which is the starting point for a series of cooperative activities, including:

  • Student mobility;
  • Joint participation in scientific research projects;
  • Joint planning of training and specialisation courses, seminars, conferences, and workshops;
  • Joint participation in European programmes (ERASMUS+);
  • Joint writing and publication of specialised teaching material;
  • Planning of joint courses.

UNINT has concluded bilateral agreements with the following institutions (including, but not limited to):
