In order to continuously improve, the University activated new mechanisms for monitoring the level of user satisfaction . These include the creation of a Suggestion Box Form on the Everywhere platform. It allows University users to send anonymous suggestions relating to: teaching, research, third mission, internationalization, services and infrastructures, academic and technical and administrative staff.
