The Faculty of Economics of Università degli Studi Internazionali di Roma - UNINT is pleased to organize two cycles of meetings aimed at stimulating self-awareness and encouraging stress reduction.
The meetings are open to all UNINT students, are held remotely and participation is free, upon registration.

COURSE “MINDFULNESS: AWARENESS AND STRESS REDUCTION”

Objectives
It is now more important than ever to find the right tools to reduce stress and live better. Mindfulness offers the possibility to reach awareness through the silence of meditation. It interrupts the uninterrupted activity of the mind.

Kabat-Zinn describes mindfulness as follows, “Mindfulness is awareness that arises through paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgmentally.”

The 5 classes of the course will provide the basics of mindfulness and breath meditation. At the end of the course participants will be able to meditate on their own or following a guiding voice.

Method
Each class will be divided into a theoretical part and a practical meditation.

Target participants
The course is open to all those willing to begin a path of personal growth and to beginners in mindfulness and meditation.

Bibliography
At the end of the course a bibliography will be delivered, useful for further study.

Coach
Nerina Di Nunzio is a Mindfulness Instructor for FEDERPSI (Italian Federation of Psychotherapy); she Graduated at Secondo Centro di Terapia Cognitivo- Interpersonale in Rome; she is a CBB Certified Coach (Creative Personal Branding method by Jürgen Salenbacher) ans an expert in the Law of Attraction.

COURSE "I AM, I CAN: KNOW YOURSELF THROUGH KUNDALINI YOGA"

Objectives
Together we will follow a path of self-awareness through the precious and ancient teachings of Kundalini Yoga. The course "I AM I CAN" will take place in four meetings.
The first lesson will be held by Barbara Bartoli. It will integrate Kundalini meditation with personal storytelling and creative writing for the achievement of personal goals. The other three lessons will be led by Claudia Galeandro who, starting from the heart and self-fulfillment, will guide participants to develop conscious communication both towards themselves and towards others.

Method
Each lesson will feature guided meditation and inner reflection. Comfortable clothing, mat, blanket, pen and paper are recommended.

Target participants
The course is open, upon registration through the following form, to all those willing to begin a path of personal growth. Classes will be held once a week.
