Enrolment procedures are common to all degree programmes.
For the academic year 2023/2024, it is possible to enrol by October 16th, 2023. If the 1st instalment has not been paid by October 16th, it is possible to pay it by November 4th, 2023 by paying a late payment fee of 250 euro.

- after verifying that you meet the requirements, register on Esse3.unint.eu and follow the procedure, choosing the course you are interested in, filling out the enrolment application and downloading the MAV bulletin;
- proceed with the payment via MAV of the 1st instalment for the enrolment fee;
- Deliver the following documents to the students’ office:
- enrolment application signed in its entirety with a 16 euro revenue stamp;
- no. 1 recent photograph (passport photo size);
- receipt for payment of the first instalment of the enrolment fee;
- receipt of payment of regional tax.

- from April to July, non-EU foreign nationals must submit an application to the Italian representation in their country of residence for pre-enrolment in the selected course of study ( procedures and available places are established by the Ministry of University and Research - MUR). All citizens with foreign degrees must apply to the Italian representation in their country of residence for a declaration of value of their degree;
all foreign citizens who do not have an Italian language certification recognised by MIUR must take an Italian language test at the university.
For the academic year 2023/2024, the Italian language test for foreign students will be held remotely on the following dates:July 11th at 10:00 a.m;
September 14th at 10:00 a.m;
October 9th at 10:00 a.m.- Once the test has been passed, if any, it is possible to enrol in the chosen degree programme by following the procedures that apply to Italian students.
Do you already hold a college or other university degree? You should know that, pursuant to M.D. 270/2004, the university can award you with university credits (CFUs). To obtain recognition of credits, you must make an express request at the same time as your enrolment application. The educational department in charge will decide on the merits and may also enrol you in a course year higher than the first. You cannot take advantage of the career shortening if you have only earned a bachelor's degree and want to enrol for a master’s degree.
Starting with the 2017/2018 academic year, the Università degli Studi Internazionali di Roma - UNINT is offering students the opportunity to take advantage of the part-time student scheme. Those who for work, family or personal reasons feel that they are unable to proceed in their course of study within the normal timeframe established by current regulations for the applicable course of study may, at the time of registration or enrolment, request to be enrolled for the year in which they are enrolling as part-time students.
A student who is registered or enrolled as a part-time student has two years to acquire the CFUs provided in the course year in which he or she is applying to be enrolled as a part-time student. Upon application, the student commits to acquiring no more than 60 CFUs in two consecutive academic years.
It is specified that the annual university tuition fee to be applied to part-time students is 50% of the standard tuition fee of the relevant course; no further reductions granted for any reason are applicable.
It will also be possible to enrol as part-time students through the Esse3.unint.eu platform.
Those enrolled in years after the first may apply for part-time student status by filling out and handing in the "part-time enrolment application" form to the secretariat's office.
