Following the students' graduation, the Università degli Studi Internazionali di Roma – UNINT is responsible for issuing the related graduation certificates.

Each student can collect his or her certificate in the ways described below.

Collecting your graduation certificate

It is possible to pick up your graduation certificate at the student services office following e-mail notification to arrange the pickup. For master's degree graduates, it is also possible to pick up the certificate at the graduation ceremonies organised following each graduation session.

Collecting your certificate from the Student's office

It is possible to pick up your graduation certificate at the student services office, accessing it by appointment.

For collection, you must hand in:

• the graduation certificate collection form available below duly filled out and signed;
• Qty. 1, 16 euro revenue stamp (to be placed on the certificate and not on the form);
• in the event of a proxy, both the signed proxy and the delegating party's ID.

Please note that certification of the degree is not through the graduation certificate, but through the degree certificate.

Ceremony for the presentation of Master's Degree graduation certificates

The University organises a ceremony after each master's degree session to award the graduation certificates.
Master's degree graduates are invited to attend the ceremony scheduled for each session. For the purpose of participation, it is necessary for graduates to make the MAV payment called "Revenue stamp for issuing certificates/graduation certificates" worth 16 euros that they will find on the reserved area of the esse3.unint.eu portal. Once you have paid the MAV, you will need to print out the receipt and bring it with you on the day of the ceremony, along with the collection form available below duly filled out and signed.
