Orientation

Our Orientation office

The Orientation office provides assistance and counselling in the choice of the study pathway, both before and after enrolment, based on the individual aptitudes of the students and the placement opportunities offered by the labour market. It offers a wide range of services, including open days, in-presence and remote counselling interviews, presentations of the Courses, demonstration lectures, orientation at schools and dedicated fairs.

Presentation event of our Courses

The Orientation office organises presentations, to be attended in-presence or remotely, of the educational offer, giving students an overview of the Courses they are interested in. During the presentations, it is possible to interact with the Course directors and the Orientation office to ask questions and receive support.

Orientation counselling interviews

The Orientation office holds in-presence or remote counselling interviews by appointment, during which students' personal inclinations and career opportunities are assessed, and detailed information on the Courses and the services offered by the University is provided.

It is also possible to request a tour of the University to view the classrooms, the simultaneous interpretation booths, the computer laboratories, the study and research areas, the library, the cafeteria and the park.

Attend a UNINT lecture

Upon authorisation by the professors, people interested in enrolling in one of the Courses can attend one or more lectures of the Course they are interested in, in-presence or in live-stream mode.

Next generation Orientation

In agreement with the other universities in the Lazio region, the Orientation office adheres to the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) for the activation of orientation paths aimed at facilitating students in their transition from school to working life.

UNINT at your school

UNINT participation in orientation days at secondary schools (public and private) is to be organised with each school requesting it and includes the presentation of the Courses and services offered by the University, the distribution of information material, and the possibility of interacting with the Orientation office staff, lecturers, and students of the University. If interested, please contact the Orientation office at any time of the year.

The Orientation office is also available to participate in orientation initiatives proposed by schools that involve universities.

Orientation after enrolment

Orientation after enrolment is crucial to support students during their university careers. In order to promote a harmonious relationship between students and the university, the Orientation office organises welcome days for newly enrolled students and guidance sessions for filling in the curricula for each Course.

The Orientation office is available for individual interviews to support students in the university environment through constant and tailored support during their entire university career, providing concrete help in the development of curricula and in the organisation of examinations, with particular attention to students who need it the most.
