Interdisciplinary Centre for Human and Psychopedagogical Sciences - CISUP

The Interdisciplinary Centre for Human and Psychopedagogical Sciences – CISUP, given its interdisciplinary nature, promotes, organises, coordinates and implements initial and continuing training activities for school teachers of all levels. Specifically, the CISUP:

  • Manages the educational and organisational coordination of initial training courses for teachers of lower and upper secondary schools referred to in the Prime Ministerial Decree of August 4th 2023, in line with the activated subject certifications.
  • Coordinates the organisation of initial training courses, possibly also in aggregate form, by the centres, in compliance with the quality and sustainability of the courses;
  • Ensures the functional consistency of the disciplinary sectors of the training activities envisaged in the disciplinary teaching context with the specificities of the respective subject certifications;
  • Identifies ways of sharing training activities, also at a regional or inter-regional level for courses with low participant numbers, to ensure efficiency in the use of human and logistical resources.

Furthermore, the CISUP  internally manages the educational and organisational coordination of the specialisation course for support activities for students with disabilities, referred to in Ministerial Decree no. 249 of September 10th 2010.
