Interdisciplinary Center for Human and Psychopedagogical Sciences - CISUP

The Interdisciplinary Center for Human and Psychopedagogical Sciences – CISUP, given its interdisciplinary nature, promotes, organises, coordinates and implements initial and ongoing training activities for school teachers of all levels. Specifically, the CISUP:

  • Manages the educational and organizational coordination of initial training courses for teachers of lower and upper secondary schools referred to in the Prime Ministerial Decree of 4 August 2023, in line with the activated public competition classes.
  • Coordinates the organization of initial training courses, possibly in aggregate form, by the centres, respecting the quality and sustainability of the courses themselves;
  • Ensures the functional coherence of the disciplinary sectors of the training activities envisaged in the disciplinary teaching context with the specificities of the respective competition classes;
  • Identifies ways of sharing training activities, also at a regional or inter-regional level for courses with low participant numbers, to ensure efficiency in the use of human and logistical resources.

Furthermore, the CISUP  internally manages the educational and organizational coordination of the specialization course for support activities for students with disabilities, referred to in Ministerial Decree no 249 of 10 September 2010.
