Parchment collection method

Delivery of the parchment

The parchment is delivered to the CSS Secretariat in via Cristoforo Colombo n. 200, Rome, by appointment only, at the following times:

  • Monday-Thursday, 9:00 am – 13:00 pm | 14pm -00pm
  • Friday, 9:00 -13:00

 

The appointment must be requested at the email address segreteria.css@unint.eu

The collection can be made:

  • directly by the interested party, equipped with an identity document and a 16,00 euro tax stamp;
  • through a delegated person with an identity document, a written proxy signed by the delegating party accompanied by a photocopy of the delegating party's identity document and a 16,00 euro revenue stamp.

 

Shipping of the parchment

It is possible to request the CSS Secretariat to send the parchment via registered mail addressed to: University of International Studies of Rome – CSS Secretariat – Via Cristoforo Colombo, 200, 00147 Rome. The sending times of the parchment are approximately 30 days. The University is not to be held responsible for any malfunction of the Italian Post Office.

The request for shipment of the parchment must be made by completing the appropriate form and must contain:

  • surname and name of the applicant;
  • Course title and academic year of activation;
  • complete shipping postal address;
  • copy of a valid identification document;
  • revenue stamp of 16,00 euros;
  • copy of bank transfer of 5,60 euros made as reimbursement of the registered letter, to the University of International Studies of Rome (UNINT), Banca Popolare di Sondrio – headquarters in Rome – IBAN: IT55J0569603211000032000X91 (reason for shipping parchment) ).

Notice of extension of registration deadline

We inform you that registrations are extended to 20 December 2021.

Notice for those eligible for previous cycles

We inform you that those eligible for previous cycles can follow the same enrollment procedure as those admitted to the specialization course for educational support activities for students with disabilities for the 2020/2021 academic year - VI cycle. 
For those eligible for previous cycles coming from other universities, please note that the following documentation must be sent to the address segreteria.css@unint.eu:

  • clearance;
  • identification document.

 

For the purposes of accepting the request, a protocol number will be sent in response with which you can proceed with registration.

Notice for those admitted to the specialization course for educational support activities for students with disabilities for the 2020/2021 academic year - VI cycle and those eligible for previous cycles

Classes will start on Friday 17 December 2021, 14 pm

December 17th and 18th 2021 the lessons will be online and the procedure to be followed will be communicated later on the University website on the CSS VI cycle opening seminars page. 

Subsequent lessons will continue, as per the published calendar, on the UNINT online platform Everywhere  with the use of their credentials used to register for the competition

Registration

Candidates admitted to the specialization course for support activities VI cycle - academic year 2020/2021, as resulting from the provisional rankings, will be able to register starting from 7 December and until 16 December 2021.

To register the candidate must: 

  • access thepersonal area by logging in;
  • enroll in the course for the school level in which you are admitted;
  • print the application and the MAV and proceed with payment. 

 

PAYMENT MUST BE MADE EXCLUSIVELY WITH THE MAV.

The application signed by the student must be sent to the email address segreteria.css@unint.eu by December 16th together with:

  • copy of the payment receipt;
  • copy of an identity document.

 

To enroll in the specialization course for support activities, the fee relating to the right to study is not due.

The enrollment fee for the course is set at 3.000 euros to be paid in four installments of 750 euros each, with the following deadlines:

  • course registration: 766 euros including tax stamp expiring on 16 December 2021;
  • second instalment: 750 euros by 30 December 2021;
  • third instalment: 750 euros by 31 January 2022;
  • balance: 750 euros by March 31, 2022.

 

For candidates placed in a useful position in the ranking and who have already obtained the qualification of specialization in support during previous cycles, the course enrollment fee is set at €1.800,00 (to be selected at the time of enrolment) to be paid in three installments:

  • registration for the course 616 euros including tax stamp expiring on 16 December 2021;
  • second installment 600 euros expiring 30 December 2021;
  • balance: 600 euros expiring February 28, 2022.

 

The secretariat will proceed to verify what has been entered and in case of lack of the requirement to take advantage of the exemption, the fee will be recalculated and charged in full. 

Lessons will begin on December 16, 2021 at 14:00 pm on the UNINT online platform Everywhere , under Higher education, using the credentials used to register for the competition.

Notice convening candidates for the pre-selective test for access to specialization courses for support for the 2020/21 academic year

Upper secondary school – 30 September 2021

The test will take place at the Hotel Colombo – Via Cristoforo Colombo, 710 – Rome.

Candidates from A to G are called for the recognition and checking of documents at 9:00 am, the start of the test is set at 11:00 am. 

Candidates from I to Z are called for the recognition and checking of documents at 15 pm, the start of the test is set at 30 pm.  

Candidates must present themselves with:

  • valid identification document (identity card, car license with photograph, passport, postal card, identification card issued by the State Administrations, weapons licence);
  • FFP2 type protective mask. The mask must be worn for the entire duration of the competition process relating to the day of the test and, therefore, from arrival near the test venue until leaving it; if a candidate cannot or does not want to wear this protective device, he will not be able to take the test or continue it, with him being removed from the room and the consequent cancellation of the test;
  • COVID-19 green certification, referred to in art. 3 of the Legislative Decree 23.7.2021, n. 2 105 and art. 1 of Legislative Decree 6.8.2021, n. 111, whose validity verification will take place exclusively electronically through theapp checks C-19.

 

The COVID-19 green certification (green pass), pursuant to the regulations mentioned above, proves "the state of vaccination against SARS-CoV-2 or recovery from SARS-CoV-2 infection, or the carrying out of a rapid molecular or antigen test with a negative result for the SARSCoV-2 virus".

Access to the test venue Candidates without this will NOT be permitted:

  • a valid identification document;
  • of the exemption certificate for the anti-SARS-coV-2 vaccination referred to in the Circular of the Ministry of Health dated 04/08/21;
  • of the COVID-19 green certification (green pass);
  • and who do not comply with prevention measures described in the operational guidelines for carrying out access tests to specialization courses for support for the 2020/21 academic year in order to contain the spread of SARS-Cov2 infection (Annex 1).

 

Verification of the validity of the COVID-19 green certification (green pass) will be performed electronically by scanning the QR code, present in the digital or paper document, with theapp checks C-19.

It is advisable to verify in advance, through the C-19 verification app, the validity of your green certification (green passes) and the correct readability of the digital or paper document that will be shown upon identification.

Under no circumstances will candidates who do not possess a valid COVID-19 green certification (green pass) be admitted to the test.

Access to the test venue will be permitted only and exclusively to candidates for the competitive test. Access will not be permitted, not even to the internal car park of the competition venue, to any companions or, in any case, to external parties not directly involved in carrying out the competition procedure.

Candidates are required to take note of the aforementioned measures and strictly comply with them, vice versa will be expected the exclusion from the competition procedure as well as the simultaneous immediate removal from the places where the same is carried out.

Finally, please note that each candidate must:

  • show up at the indicated location at the communicated time;
  • carry out the test II the instructions that will be given by the commission.

 

The examining commission ensures compliance with the aforementioned provisions and has the right to adopt all measures necessary for their compliance.

Documents

Candidates for nursery, primary and lower secondary schools will have direct access to the written test because their number is lower than expected by Ministerial Decree 92 of 8 February 2019 and by DR 1626. 

“A number of candidates equal to double the places available in the single admission center are admitted to the test, or to the tests referred to in article 6 paragraph 2, letter b) of the Support Ministerial Decree. Those who, at the outcome of the pre-selection test, have obtained the same score as the last of those admitted are also admitted to the written test. 
As stated above, the score of the pre-selective test of the aforementioned types of candidates admitted directly to the written test is not counted for the purposes of preparing the ranking of those admitted to the course"

All candidates are admitted conditionally, pending verification of the admission requirements set out in Ministerial Decree 92 of 8 February 2019.

The University may exclude at any time candidates who do not meet the requirements for participation in the selection.

The pre-selective tests for admission to the specialization courses for support activities for pupils with disabilities in secondary schools will take place at:

SECOND GRADE SECONDARY – 30 September 2021 

The methods and times of the meeting will be announced with a subsequent notice.

In order to guarantee the best safety and logistical conditions for carrying out the pre-selective test for access to the specialization courses for the support activities for the 2021/2022 academic year. 

SECONDARY SCHOOL – 27 MAY 2022 

The test will take place in Via dei Cluniacensi n. 68 – Rome. 

Candidates from ABAGNALE D. to IANTOMASI L. are called for the recognition and control of documents at 9:00 am, the start of the test is set at 11:00 am. 

Candidates from AQUANIELLO F. to ZITO A. are called for the recognition and control of documents at 15 pm, the start of the test is set at 00 pm. 

Candidates for NURSERY, PRIMARY AND SECONDARY HIGH SCHOOLS will directly access the written test because their number is lower than expected by Ministerial Decree 92 of 8 February 2019 and by DR 1725.
