Pursuant to art. 4.c. 4 of Ministerial Decree 92/2019 – they are active at theUniversità degli Studi Internazionali di Roma – UNINT Specialization Courses for Educational Support Activities for Students with Disabilities for the 2023/2024 academic year.
The courses are open to all eligible candidates in previous cycles.
Useful Information
Those who, during previous specialization cycles, are admitted as eligible through the registration procedure:
- have suspended the route or, despite being in a useful position, have not signed up for the route;
- have been successful in multiple procedures and have exercised the relevant options;
- were included in the respective merit rankings, but not in a useful position.
Individuals in possession of one of the requirements referred to in the previous paragraph can register exclusively with the methods described below and pay a registration fee of:
- € 3.200,00 for the entire route;
- € 2.000,00 for the shortened route.
Will be accepted:
- the requests of all those who have obtained the qualification at theUniversità degli Studi Internazionali di Roma – UNINT;
- the requests of all those enrolled who have obtained eligibility at other universities by sending them to the address segreteria.css@unint.eu of the following documentation: clearance (or certificate of suitability for those who come from universities belonging to the Lazio Region), identification document.
Entire route
The registration fee for the Course is set at Euro 3.200,00 plus stamp duty of Euro 16,00.
The following installment payment is foreseen:
- first instalment: €816,00 (including tax stamp) expiring on 10 June 2024;
- second instalment: euro 800,00 expiring on 15 July 2024;
- third instalment: €800,00 due on 15 September 2024;
- fourth installment (balance): €800,00 due on 15 October 2024.
In case of delay in the payment of the installments subsequent to the first, a late payment indemnity equal to euro 25,00 (twenty-five/00) is foreseen for the payment made within thirty days following the expiry of each installment or euro 100,00, 00 (one hundred/XNUMX) for payments made after thirty days following the expiry of each instalment.
Shortened route
Pursuant to art. 3 c. 5 of Ministerial Decree 92/2019, the University prepares shortened paths, aimed at acquiring the qualification, for individuals who have already obtained the qualification of Specialization in support in another level of education. To this end, the University evaluates the skills already acquired and prepares the relevant paths, without prejudice to the obligation to acquire the 9 laboratory credits and the 12 internship credits, expressly provided for by the Support Ministerial Decree, as diversified by level and level of education.
The course registration fee is set at Euro 2.000,00 plus stamp duty of Euro 16,00 to be paid in four installments, with the following deadlines:
- first instalment: €816,00 (including tax stamp) expiring on 10 June 2024;
- second instalment: euro 400,00 expiring on 15 July 2024;
- third instalment: €400,00 due on 15 September 2024;
- fourth installment (balance): €400,00 due on 15 October 2024.

To register the candidate must:
- access your personal area https://esse3.unint.eu/Root.do by logging in with the credentials received during registration on the portal;
- enroll in the course for the school level for which you are eligible;
- print the application and the MAV and proceed with payment. Payment must be made exclusively with MAV.
To enroll in the specialization course for support activities the payment of the tax relating to the right to study is not due.

The enrollment application signed in its entirety by the student must be sent to the email address segreteria.css@unint.eu no later than June 10, 2024, exclusively in pdf format (no photographs or other formats will be accepted), in a single file, together with:
- copy of the payment receipt;
- copy of a valid identity document.

To register the candidate must:

- to send at segreteria.css@unint.eu the documentation required for acceptance: clearance (or certificate of suitability for those who come from universities belonging to the Lazio Region), valid identification document.
- wait for the release via e-mail from the css secretariat of protocol number for acceptance of the transfer request at theUniversità degli Studi Internazionali di Roma – UNINT;
- proceed with registration following the procedure indicated in the link Registration guide (please insert “document style” photo) and then
- proceed with the payment of the MAV of the first instalment no later than June 10, 2024.

Parchment collection method
Delivery of the parchment
The parchment is delivered to the CSS Secretariat in via Cristoforo Colombo n. 200, Rome, by appointment only, at the following times:
- Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM – 13:00 PM | 14:00 PM – 16:30 PM
- Friday, 9:00 am – 13:00 pm
The appointment must be requested via email segreteria.css@unint.eu
The collection can be made:
- directly by the interested party, equipped with an identity document and a €16,00 revenue stamp;
- through a delegated person equipped with an identity document, a written and signed authorization from the delegator accompanied by a photocopy of the delegate's identity document and a €16,00 stamp.
Shipping of the parchment
You can request that the CSS Secretariat send the parchment via registered mail with return receipt addressed to: University of International Studies of Rome – UNINT – CSS Secretariat – Via Cristoforo Colombo, 200, 00147 Rome. The parchment will be sent approximately within 30 days.
The University is not responsible for any disruptions to the Italian Post Office.
The request for shipment of the parchment must be made by completing the appropriate form and must contain:
- surname and name of the applicant;
- Course title and academic year of activation;
- complete shipping postal address;
- copy of a valid identification document;
- €16,00 stamp duty;
- copy of the bank transfer of €5,60 made as a refund for the registered letter, in favor of the University of International Studies of Rome – UNINT – Banca Popolare di Sondrio – Rome headquarters – IBAN: IT55J0569603211000032000X91 (reason for payment: “parchment shipment”).
