Parchment collection method

Delivery of the parchment

The parchment is delivered to the CSS Secretariat in via Cristoforo Colombo n. 200, Rome, by appointment only, at the following times:

  • Monday-Thursday 9:00 – 13:00 | 14:00 -16:30
  • Friday 9:00 - 13:00

The appointment must be requested via email segreteria.css@unint.eu

The collection can be made:

  • Directly from the interested party, equipped with an identity document and a 16,00 euro stamp duty;
  • through a delegated person with an identity document, a written proxy signed by the delegating party accompanied by a photocopy of the delegating party's identity document and a 16,00 euro revenue stamp.

 

Shipping of the parchment

It is possible to request the CSS Secretariat to send the parchment via registered mail addressed to: University of International Studies of Rome – CSS Secretariat – Via Cristoforo Colombo, 200, 00147 Rome. The sending times of the parchment are approximately 30 days. The University is not to be held responsible for any malfunction of the Italian Post Office.

The request for shipment of the parchment must be made by completing the appropriate form and must contain:

  • Surname and name of the applicant;
  • Course title and academic year of activation;
  • complete shipping postal address;
  • copy of a valid identification document;
  • revenue stamp of 16,00 euros;
  • copy of bank transfer of 5,60 euros made as reimbursement of the registered letter, to the University of International Studies of Rome (UNINT), Banca Popolare di Sondrio – headquarters in Rome – IBAN: IT55J0569603211000032000X91 (reason for shipping parchment) ).

Therefore, suitable candidates placed in an unhelpful position in the merit rankings of other universities for admission to this cycle of specialization courses for childhood and lower secondary education can submit an application. by 23 October 2023 included, using the same procedure as those eligible for previous cycles from other universities.

Application submission procedure:

We inform you that suitable candidates placed in an unhelpful position in the merit rankings of other universities will be accepted by the University after sending the following documentation to the address segreteria.css@unint.eu (from 16 October 2023 and no later than 23 October 2023):

  • authorization (or certificate of suitability for those coming from universities belonging to the Lazio Region);
  • valid identification document.

Candidates placed in an unhelpful position in the merit rankings of other universities must:

  • register on the University portal at the following link;
  • send to the address segreteria.css@unint.eu the documentation required for acceptance purposes;
  • wait for the CSS secretariat to issue the protocol number via email for acceptance of the transfer request at theUniversità degli Studi Internazionali di Roma – UNINT;
  • proceed with registration following the same procedure for those admitted to the specialization course for educational support activities for pupils with disabilities VIII cycle - academic year 2022/2023 (as indicated in the link "Registration guide“) and therefore
  • proceed with the payment of the MAV of the first instalment no later than October 23, 2023.

Suitable candidates placed in an unhelpful position in the merit rankings of other universities and who have already obtained the qualification of specialization in support during previous cycles, when enrolling in the course, must send the qualification obtained, exclusively in pdf format ( photographs or other formats will not be accepted), at the address segreteria.css@unint.euno later than October 23, 2023. The secretariat will proceed to verify what has been received and in case of lack of the requirement to access the shortened route the fees will be recalculated and the amount equal to a total of 3.216,00 euros will be charged.

Opening of registrations for the specialization course for support activities VIII cycle - academic year 2022/2023: from 9 October 2023 to 23 October 2023 included

Registration opens for those ADMITTED to the course

Candidates admitted to the specialization course for support activities VIII cycle - academic year 2022/2023, as shown in the provisional rankings, will be able to enroll starting from 9 October 2023 and up to and including 23 October 2023.

To register the candidate must:

  • access the personal area https://esse3.unint.eu/Root.do by logging in with the credentials received when registering for the selective tests;
  • enroll in the course for the school level in which you are admitted;
  • print the application and the MAV and proceed with payment. PAYMENT MUST BE MADE EXCLUSIVELY WITH THE MAV. 

 

Registration guide – Please insert your “document style” photo and update your ID

The enrollment application signed in its entirety by the student must be sent to the email address segreteria.css@unint.eu no later than 23 October 2023, exclusively in PDF format (photographs or other formats will not be accepted). ), in a single file, together with:

  • copy of the payment receipt;
  • copy of a valid identity document.

 

To enroll in the specialization course for support activities no payment is due of tassa relating to right at the studio.

The enrollment fee for the course is set at €3.216,00 to be paid in four installments of €800,00 each, with the following deadlines:

  • first instalment: 816,00 euros (including the tax stamp of 16,00 euros) expiring 23 October 2023;
  • second instalment: 800,00 euros, expiring on 30 November 2023;
  • third instalment: 800,00 euros, expiring on 31 December 2023;
  • fourth installment (balance): 800,00 euros, expiring on 31 January 2024. 

 

Shortened path: for candidates placed in a useful position in the ranking and who have already obtained the specialization qualification on support during the previous cycles, the enrollment fee for the course is set at €2.016,00 to be paid in four instalments, with following deadlines:

  • first instalment: 816,00 euros (including the tax stamp of 16,00 euros) expiring 23 October 2023;
  • second instalment: 400,00 euros, expiring on 30 November 2023;
  • third instalment: 400,00 euros, expiring on 31 December 2023;
  • fourth installment (balance): 400,00 euros, expiring on 31 January 2024.

 

Candidates placed in a useful position in the ranking and who have already obtained the qualification of specialization in support during the previous cycles, when enrolling in the course, must send the qualification obtained exclusively in PDF format (photographs or other formats will not be accepted). ), to the address segreteria.css@unint.eu, no later than 23 October 2023. The secretariat will proceed to verify what has been received and in case of lack of the requirement to access the shortened route the fees will be recalculated and it will be charged a total amount of €3.216,00.

Please remember that, as per art. 11 paragraph 7 of the Notice, “In case of delay in the payment of the instalments, a late payment compensation equal to euro 25,00 (twenty-five/00) is envisaged for the payment made within thirty days following the expiry of each instalment, or euro 100,00 (one hundred/00) for payment made after the deadline of thirty days following the expiry of each instalment.".

Notice convening candidates for the pre-selective test for access to specialization courses for support for the 2022/2023 academic year
 

Upper secondary school – 7 July 2023

The test will take place at the Ergife Palace Hotel – Sala Olimpia – Largo Lorenzo Mossa n. 8 – Rome.

Candidates are called for recognition and document checking at 9:00 am, the start of the test is set at 11:00 am.

Candidates for the School ofchildhoodprimary e lower secondary school they will directly access the written test because their number is lower than foreseen by Ministerial Decree 92 of 8 February 2019 and by DR 1871.

“A number of candidates equal to double the places available in the single admission center are admitted to the test, or to the tests referred to in article 6 paragraph 2, letter b) of the Support Ministerial Decree. Those who, at the outcome of the pre-selection test, have obtained the same score as the last of those admitted are also admitted to the written test.
As stated above, the score of the pre-selective test of the above-mentioned types of candidates admitted directly to the written test is not counted for the purposes of preparing the ranking of those admitted to the course".

All candidates are admitted conditionally, pending verification of the admission requirements set out in Ministerial Decree 92 of 8 February 2019.

The University may exclude at any time candidates who do not meet the requirements for participation in the selection.

The pre-selective tests for admission to the specialization courses for the School's support activities for students with disabilities secondary school will take place on day 7 July 2023 At: the Ergife Palace Hotel – Sala Olimpia – Largo Lorenzo Mossa n.8 – Rome.

Candidates are called for recognition and document checking at 9:00 am, the start of the test is set at 11:00 am.

Candidates must present themselves with:

  1.  Valid identification document (identity card, car license with photograph, passport, postal card, identification card issued by the State Administration, weapons licence) in original; 
  2.  receipt of payment of the MAV equal to 150 euros (one hundred and fifty euros/00).

 

Access to the test venue Candidates without a valid identification document will NOT be allowed.

Access to the test venue will be permitted only and exclusively to candidates for the competitive test. Access will not be permitted, not even to the internal car park of the competition venue, to any companions or, in any case, to external parties not directly involved in carrying out the competition procedure.
