Registration opens for the Specialization Course on Support, 10th cycle – academic year 2024/2025: from 23 September 2025 to 6 October 2025 inclusive

 

Registration opens for those ADMITTED to the course: FULL COURSE

Candidates admitted to the specialization course for support activities X cycle – academic year 2024/2025, as resulting from the provisional rankings, will be able to enroll starting from from 23 September 2025 to 06 October 2025 inclusive.

To register the candidate must:

  • access your personal area https://esse3.unint.eu/Root.do by logging in with the credentials received when registering for the selective tests;
  • enroll in the course for the school level in which you are admitted;
  • print the application and the MAV and proceed with payment. Please note that payments are not real-time. The system requires time to process the payment. To enroll in the specialization course for support activities, the PAYMENT of the FEE relating to the RIGHT TO STUDY IS NOT REQUIRED;
  • the application for registration signed in all its parts by the student must be transmitted e-mail address segreteria.css@unint.eu no later than October 06, 2025, exclusively in pdf format (photographs or other formats will not be accepted), in a single file, together with:
    – copy of the payment receipt;
    – copy of a valid identity document.

The enrollment fee for the course is set in Euro 3.216,00 to be paid in four installments of 800,00 euros each, with the following deadlines:

  • first instalment: 816,00 euros (including the tax stamp equal to 16,00 euros) deadline 6 October 2025 to pay, no later than the indicated deadline, penalty of exclusion;
  • second instalment: 800,00 euros due 15 November 2025;
  • third instalment: 800,00 euros due date December 15, 2025;
  • fourth installment (balance): 800,00 euros due 15 January 2026.

 

SHORTENED ROUTE

Candidates placed in a useful position in the ranking and who have already obtained the qualification of specialization in support During previous cycles at another school level, when enrolling in the course, they will have to:

  • access your personal area https://esse3.unint.eu/Root.do by logging in with the credentials received when registering for the selective tests;
  • enroll in the course for the school level in which you are admitted;

Please remember that, as per art. 11 paragraph 7 of the Call for Proposals, “In the event of late payment of installments subsequent to the first, a late payment penalty of €25,00 (twenty-five/00) is applicable for payments made within thirty days of the due date of each installment, or €100,00 (one hundred/00) for payments made after thirty days of the due date of each installment.”.

We inform you that those eligible for previous cycles coming from other universities will be accepted by the University after sending the following documentation to the address segreteria.css@unint.eu (from 23 September 2025 and no later than 29 September 2025 included):

  • clearance (or certificate of suitability for those coming from universities belonging to the Lazio Region) digitally signed;
  • valid identification document.

Candidates coming from other universities for enrollment must:

  • register on the University portal at the link https://esse3.unint.eu/Root.do;
  • send to the address segreteria.css@unint.eu the documentation required for acceptance purposes;
  • wait for the CSS secretariat to release the protocol number via email for acceptance of the transfer request to UNINT - the University of International Studies of Rome;
  • proceed with the registration following the same procedure for those admitted to the specialization course for educational support activities for students with disabilities X cycle – academic year 2024/2025 (as indicated in the link "Registration guide“) and then proceed with the payment of the MAV of the first instalment no later than October 6, 2025. Notice for remaining available places, according to art. 10, paragraph 7, of the notice

  • Childhood: n. 61 places to be assigned;
  • Primary: n. 39 places to be assigned;
  • Lower secondary school: n. 64 places to be assigned
  • Secondary school: 187 places to be filled

Therefore, suitable candidates placed in a useful position in the merit rankings of other universities for admission to the current cycle of the Specialization Courses for Early Childhood, Primary, Lower Secondary and Upper Secondary Schools, can submit an application, with the subject of the email being “CSS X cycle – places available”, by 29 September 2025 included, using the same procedure "Registration opens for those eligible for previous cycles from another university".

 

THEORETICAL PART CALENDAR

Calendar of theoretical part group A

They will have to follow the theoretical part of group A's calendar:

  • those admitted to the course, as per the UNINT ranking, for the following school levels: Nursery; Primary; Lower Secondary School;
  • those eligible from previous cycles at UNINT for the following school levels: Nursery, Primary, Lower Secondary and Upper Secondary;
  • eligible students from previous cycles coming from other universities for the following school levels: Nursery, Primary, Lower Secondary and Upper Secondary;
  • those admitted to the 10th cycle coming from other universities for the following school levels: Nursery, Primary, Lower Secondary and Upper Secondary.

 

Calendar of theoretical part group B

They will have to follow the theoretical part of group B's calendar:

  • those admitted to the course, as per the UNINT ranking, for the following school level: Secondary School

Changes and/or transfers are not accepted. For certified needs, which will be forwarded to the Course Director for authorization, please write to the office segreteria.css@unint.eu no later than September 26, 2025. Late submissions will not be considered.

All candidates marked as "admitted" in the list below are admitted conditionally, pending verification of the admission requirements set out in Ministerial Decree 92 of 8 February 2019. Access to the test venue will NOT be permitted to candidates without a valid ORIGINAL identification document.

Access to the test venue will be permitted only and exclusively to candidates for the competitive test. Access will not be permitted, not even to the internal car park of the competition venue, to any companions or, in any case, to external parties not directly involved in carrying out the competition procedure.

Pre-selective test for access to specialization courses for support for the 2024/2025 academic year

Candidates for the School ofchildhood, primary, lower secondary school e secondary school they will directly access the written test since their number is lower than that foreseen by Ministerial Decree 92 of 8 February 2019 and by DR 2266.

“A number of candidates equal to double the places available in the single admission center are admitted to the test, or to the tests referred to in article 6 paragraph 2, letter b) of the Support Ministerial Decree.”

All candidates are admitted conditionally, pending verification of the admission requirements set out in Ministerial Decree 92 of 8 February 2019.

The University may exclude at any time candidates who do not meet the requirements for participation in the selection.

Access to the test venue Candidates without a valid ORIGINAL identification document will NOT be allowed.

Access to the test site will be permitted only to candidates taking the competition. Access to the competition site's internal parking lot will not be permitted.

Candidates are required to take note of the above-mentioned measures and strictly respect them, otherwise they will be excluded from the competition procedure. as well as the immediate removal from the places where the event was held.

Finally, please note that each candidate must:

  • show up at the indicated location at the communicated time;
  • Having completed registration. As per Article 6, paragraph 3, of the Notice, "for registration to be considered valid and effective, on the day of the test the candidate must demonstrate registration by showing the receipt for payment of the fee of €150,00 (one hundred and fifty/00), made within the required timeframe."
  • carry out the test according to the instructions given by the Commission.

The examining commission ensures compliance with the aforementioned provisions and has the right to adopt all measures necessary for their compliance.

The lists of those admitted to the written test and the instructions on the identification procedure and access to the venue will be published later..

This notice specifies the regulations relating to holders of three years of service:

By virtue of the provisions of Interministerial Decree no. 90 of 7 August 2020, and in particular paragraph 3-BIS of Article 1, concerning direct access to the tests referred to in Article 6, paragraph 2, letter b) of the “DM Sostegno”, pursuant to Article 2, paragraph 8 of Legislative Decree no. 8 of 2020 April 2, relating to the implementation of the provisions of Ministerial Decree no. 436 of 26 June 2025, concerning training courses for obtaining specialization for teaching support activities for students with disabilities in nursery school, primary school, lower secondary school and upper secondary school (CSS X Cycle), the following is represented:

  1. Teachers who have completed at least three years of service in the previous ten school years are directly admitted to the entrance tests - without taking the pre-selection test. even non-consecutive for the school level for which they compete, assessable as such pursuant to article 11, paragraph 14, of law 3 May 1999, n. 124, on the specific support position of the grade to which the procedure refers. It is specified that the three years of service used for direct access to the written test will NOT be taken into consideration for the purposes of evaluating the qualifications referred to in the art. 9 of the notice and this even if the pre-selection test is not carried out.
