The Master’s degree course in Economics and International Management – Human Resources Management Curriculum (LM-77) trains graduates with advanced skills in the strategic and operational management of human resources within public and private companies and organisations operating in global contexts.
The design and structure of the Curriculum are based on the profound evolutions currently taking place in the global labour market, as a consequence of the growing propensity for international mobility of workers – with the consequent implications related to the attraction of talent and the management of international work groups -, of the considerable importance assumed by diversity management and organisational welfare policies and the definition of organisational models capable of enhancing the synergies between human resources and technological infrastructures.
In this perspective, the curriculum is characterised by courses delivered in Italian and English specifically dedicated to the in-depth study of the fundamentals of international business design and organisational behaviour, leadership styles and human resources management, talent acquisition techniques, compensation and performance appraisal, labour law and sustainable human resources governance through inclusion policies and diversity management. The curriculum also provides for courses that explore the psychological foundations of emotion management and well-being within social and work contexts.
