Peer tutor

I peer tutor They are students enrolled in subsequent years or recent graduates who, thanks to their experience and training, offer concrete and personalized support to their colleagues.
Selected by the University based on merit through an annual call for applications, peer tutors offer their time, expertise, and tools to facilitate integration into university life and strengthen study skills.

Their role is to accompany students on a journey "as equals": not as teachers, but as traveling companions who know firsthand the challenges, difficulties, and opportunities of the academic journey.

Thanks to the experience gained within the UNINT university context, peer tutors:

• they promote inclusion in the community and in the academic and social life of the University, particularly for freshmen, international students and students with disabilities;
• they provide guidance and support regarding University services and administrative procedures;
• they create moments of meeting and aggregation for study, cultural and recreational purposes;
• they provide advice on study methods, exam selection and preparation from a perspective different from that of the teachers;
• They represent a point of reference for assistance and support with issues relating to settling in and organizing the academic path.
