The University of International Studies of Rome - UNINT offers all its staff and all its enrolled students (coming from Italy and other countries), through the affiliated agency "Sturent", a personalized accommodation search service which provides complete assistance in choosing the property up to the signing of the rental contract.
The company guarantees a 25% reduction in the rates applied on all services offered, offering:
- secure reservations, both directly at the office and via email;
- contracts in accordance with the law, duly registered with the revenue agency;
- administrative assistance during the rental period and in case of obligations subsequent to the contract, such as renewals or terminations;
- assistance to students coming from other countries to request the assignment of a tax code and obtain a visa.
By contacting the Garbatella office located in via Giovanni Ansaldo 3F – 00154 Rome, the student will be welcomed by the accommodation service staff who will listen to their needs and identify the most appropriate solution, choosing from the available properties. The student will be accompanied during the visit to the homes and assisted in the phase of signing the rental contract with the owner.

– other information deemed useful.
Following receipt of the email, the staff of the accommodation service (a partner company operating in the real estate sector) will contact to present the service and arrange an appointment for an inspection of the proposed property.
All properties will be available for consultation on place.
