UNINT offers a personalised accommodation search service to all its staff and its enrolled students (coming from Italy or other countries), through the affiliated agency "Sturent", which provides complete assistance in choosing the accommodation, up to the signing of the rental contract.
The company guarantees a 25% reduction in the rates applied on all services offered, offering:
- secure reservations, either directly at the office or by e-mail;
- contracts by the law, duly registered with the revenue agency;
- administrative assistance during the rental period and in case of obligations subsequent to the contract, such as renewals or terminations;
- assistance to students from other countries in applying for a tax code and obtaining a visa.
By contacting the Garbatella office located in via Giovanni Ansaldo 3F – 00154 Rome, students will be welcomed by the accommodation service staff, who will listen to their needs and identify the most appropriate solution, choosing among the available properties. The student will be accompanied during the visit to the apartments and assisted in signing the rental contract with the owner.

For owners
To rent all or part of an apartment to UNINT students, you can:

– the precise location of the apartment;

– other useful information.
Following receipt of the e-mail, the staff of the accommodation service (a partner company operating in the real estate sector) will contact you to present the service and arrange an appointment for an inspection of the proposed property.
