Through the contracted agency "Sturent," Università degli Studi Internazionali di Roma - UNINT offers all of its staff and all of its enrolled students (from Italy and other countries) a personalised housing search service that provides complete assistance in choosing the property up to the signature of the lease. 

The company guarantees a 25% reduction in the fees charged on all services offered, ensuring:

• secure reservations, either directly at the office or by e-mail;
• contracts in accordance with the law, duly registered with the Revenue Agency;
• administrative assistance during the period of the lease and in case of post-contract compliance, such as renewals or terminations;
• assistance to students from other countries in applying for tax identification numbers and obtaining visas.

On visiting the Garbatella office located at Via Giovanni Ansaldo 3F - 00154 Rome, the student will be welcomed by the housing service staff who will listen to his or her needs and identify the most appropriate housing solution, choosing from the available properties. The student will be accompanied during the housing tour and assisted in the process of signing the lease agreement with the landlord.

For landlords

To offer for rent all or a portion of an apartment to UNINT students you shall:

• report to the Housing Service located at Via Giovanni Ansaldo 3F, 00154 - Rome;
• contact the office as follows:

  - telephone contact details;
  - precise location of the apartment;
  - composition and characteristics of the apartment (number of rooms and bathrooms, balconies, kitchen - whether furnished or not - any additional amenities);
  - monthly rent requested;
  - period of availability of the property;
  - other information deemed useful.

Following receipt of the e-mail, the staff of the housing service (a contracted company operating in the real estate sector), will contact you to present the service and arrange an appointment for an inspection of the proposed property. 
All properties will be searchable on the website.
