The University of International Studies of Rome is looking for students interested in playing the role of "Buddy" for mobile students from European and non-European countries.
Being a Buddy is a simple way to connect and socialize with international students from partner universities studying at UNINT. It also allows you to benefit linguistically, personally, and culturally through contact with native speakers.
The role of Buddy is voluntary and does not require any mandatory commitments or the awarding of training credits. For example, possible Buddy activities (always at the Buddy's discretion and without any obligation) include:
- Provide advice on “how to move” within and outside the University in order to promote faster and more effective integration;
- help him/her complete the bureaucratic procedures necessary for staying in Italy (if necessary);
- organize and take part in linguistic tandem sessions within or outside the University (during the year UNINT will make classrooms available for the sessions);
- study in a group.
For the first semester, Buddy is required for the following languages: English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Chinese, Russian, Arabic and Japanese. Registration is open until August 21, 2026.
