Italian language course for non-native speakers
UNINT offers an intensive Italian Language Course for Non-Native Speakers. Our 9-hour a week course is held at UNINT University from 1st to 23th September 2017.
UNINT is ranked 1st among small universities in Italy and 2nd among Italian universities in general for language and literature research (ANVUR VQR Report 2004-2010).
UNINT Faculty of Interpreting and Translation is one of the three Italian members of CIUTI, a prestigious international association representing the world's best university faculties for translators and interpreters, and its Master's program is now a member of the European Master's in Translation (EMT) after passing a strict admission procedure. It also coordinates a Work Group in the European AGORA project whose aim is to establish a system of international traineeships especially for translation students.
Thanks to its strategic location in Rome and to its programs focused on languages and the international market, it is at the heart of a global network of institutional and cultural relations which stimulate multicultural learning.
The University's international vocation has led it to take part in a large number of bilateral International Framework Agreements over the years with a plethora of foreign universities.
Programme at a glance
You will improve your language level significantly in the timespan of three weeks. You will be exposed to authentic Italian material and will have the opportunity to practice listening, speaking and writing skills on a daily basis.
Furthermore, lessons will take place in a truly inspiring, international and stimulating environment.
Italian Language Requirements
The language course is open to anyone who is interested in learning Italian. Participants will be divided into groups depending on their proficiency level.
There is no required proficiency level to enroll in the Italian Language Course for Non-Native Speakers.
Upon enrollment, students are required to self-assess their language level according to the common European Framework for Languages (CEFR).
- Course length: 1st - 23th September 2017, 30 tuition hours (9 hours per week)
- Timetable: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- Prerequisite: High School Diploma
- Fee: 300 euro
Enrollment must be done before 7 August 2017. The entry test will be held on 28 and 29 August 2017.
